Using 3 Monitors with MacBook Pro M3 Max and a Dock

I was running my MacBook M3 Max connected to a Dell D6000 dock. After installing the DisplayLink software on the Mac, I was able to connect two monitors to the dock and one to the Macbook via HDMI. All running in 4k (with some slight lag).

This wasn’t optimal. It required me to plug in the MacBook to the dock and then an HDMI cable to the MacBook, and there was still some slight lag. I had to hunt around a while for a proper solution/dock that would work without any lag and would allow a single cable from the dock to support all three monitors in 4k 60HZ.

This one works - Plugable 13-in-1 USB C Docking Station 4K Triple Monitor with 100W Power Delivery | USB C Dock for Windows, Mac, ChromeOS, Thunderbolt | Driver Required | 3X HDMI and 3X DisplayPort (UD-ULTC4K) found here - https://amzn.to/4p3ItXi - You need to use DisplayLink software and you will get no lag, with three monitors connected to it - two via DP and one HDMI.
